For the third Heat Advisory, heat index values up to 104\nexpected.\n\n* WHERE...Augusta and Rockingham Counties.\n\n* WHEN...For the first Heat Advisory, until 8 PM EDT this evening.\nFor the second Heat Advisory, from 10 AM to 8 PM EDT Thursday. For\nthe third Heat Advisory, from 10 AM to 8 PM EDT Friday.\n\n* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat\nillnesses.\n\n## Instructions\nDrink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of\nthe sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.\n\nTake extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose\nfitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning\nor evening.
