Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have\nfallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in\nthe warned area. There are reports of swift water rescues and several\nvehicles submerged.\n\nHAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing\nflash flooding.\n\nSOURCE...Radar indicated.\n\nIMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban\nareas, highways, streets and underpasses. Reports of several\nvehicles submerged and swift water rescues.\n\nSome locations that will experience flash flooding include...\nBuckhannon, Tallmansville, Overhill, French Creek, Ellamore and\nHorner.\n\nThis includes Route 33 between mile markers 2 and 5...and between\nmile markers 15 and 17.\n\n## Instructions\nTurn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood\ndeaths occur in vehicles.\n\nBe especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the\ndangers of flooding.\n\nReport flooding to the National Weather Service by calling toll free,\n800 401 9535, when you can do so safely."}
