Hazardous\n(Maroon) NowCast AQI (1-hour average) will be possible.\n\n* WHERE...Statewide.\n\n* WHEN...From noon Tuesday until noon Thursday.\n\n## Instructions\nFor Very Unhealthy (Purple) AQI:\nSensitive groups: Avoid all physical activity outdoors.\nReschedule to a time when air quality is better or move\nactivities indoors.\nPeople with asthma: Follow your asthma action plan and keep quick-\nrelief medicine handy.\nPeople with heart disease: Symptoms such as palpitations,\nshortness of breath, or unusual fatigue may indicate a serious\nproblem. If you have any of these, contact your health care\nprovider.\nEveryone else: Limit outdoor physical activity. Go indoors if you\nhave symptoms.\n\nFor Unhealthy (Red) AQI:\nSensitive groups: Consider rescheduling or moving all activities\ninside. Go inside if you have symptoms.
