For the Gale\nWatch, southwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and\nwaves 4 to 8 ft possible.\n\n* WHERE...Grand Portage to Grand Marais MN.\n\n* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 7 PM CDT this\nevening. For the Gale Watch, from Monday evening through\nTuesday afternoon.\n\n* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could\ncapsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Near-gale force wind gusts to 35 kts will\nbe mainly near Grand Portage Monday night before expanding by\nearly Tuesday morning.\n\n## Instructions\nMariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible\nhazardous conditions.
