Water over roadways.\nRiver or stream flows are elevated.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n-\nAt 200 PM AKDT, river gauge reports indicate rises in water\nlevels from heavy rain across the advisory area. Minor\nflooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly, especially\nnear Talkeetna River at the Talkeetna Railroad Bridge.\nBetween 3.5 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen.
