Between 0.75 and 1.5 inches\nof rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to\nbegin shortly.\n\nExcessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris flow\nmoving through the Santa Clara River from Pine Valley to just below\nBaker Reservoir.
