For the Heat\nAdvisory, heat index values of 100 to 104 expected.\n\n* WHERE...In Maryland, Central and Eastern Allegany County. In West\nVirginia, Eastern Grant and Eastern Mineral Counties.\n\n* WHEN...For the Extreme Heat Warning, until 8 PM EDT this evening.\nFor the Heat Advisory, from 10 AM to 8 PM EDT Saturday.\n\n* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during\nextreme heat and high humidity events. Hot temperatures and high\nhumidity may cause heat illnesses.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Early morning low temperatures in the around\n70 combined with oppressive humidity will result in little to no\novernight relief. Prolonged excessive heat may impact power,\nwater, and transportation systems.\n\n## Instructions\nDrink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of\nthe sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.\n\nDo not leave young children and pets in unattended vehicles.
