For the Heat\nAdvisory, heat index values 100 to 104 expected.\n\n* WHERE...Portions of north central Maryland, northwest Virginia,\nand eastern West Virginia.\n\n* WHEN...For the Extreme Heat Warning, until 8 PM EDT this evening.\nFor the Heat Advisory, from 10 AM to 8 PM EDT Saturday.\n\n* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during\nextreme heat and high humidity events. Hot temperatures and high\nhumidity may cause heat illnesses.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Early morning low temperatures in the 70s\ncombined with oppressive humidity will result in little to no\novernight relief. Prolonged excessive heat may impact power,\nwater, and transportation systems. Heat index values of 95 to 100\nare possible again Sunday afternoon.\n\n## Instructions\nDrink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of\nthe sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.\n\nDo not leave young children and pets in unattended vehicles.
