Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain\nhas fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1.8 to 2.5 inches in 1\nhour. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.8 to 1.2 inches are possible\nin the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin\nshortly.\n\nHAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.
