This will pose a\nmoderate risk of heat-related illness.\n\n* WHERE...Eastern Kitsap County, City of Seattle, Downtown Everett /\nMarysville Area, Eastside, Foothills and Valleys of Central King\nCounty, Foothills and Valleys of Pierce and Southern King\nCounties, Foothills and Valleys of Snohomish and Northern King\nCounties, Lowlands of Pierce and Southern King Counties, and\nShoreline / Lynnwood / South Everett Area.\n\n* WHEN...From 11 AM Monday to 11 PM PDT Wednesday.\n\n* IMPACTS...Heat will significantly increase the risk of\nheat-related illnesses for those who are sensitive to heat,\nespecially those without effective cooling or adequate hydration.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures will peak on Tuesday in the\nupper 80s to low 90s, but remain in the upper 80s on Wednesday.\n\n## Instructions\nDrink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of\nthe sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Young children and\npets should never be left unattended in vehicles under any\ncircumstances.\n\nTake extra precautions if you work or spend time outside.
