Additional rain is\npossible over the next 36 hours.\n\n* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.\n\n* WHERE...A portion of southwest Nebraska, including the following\ncounties, Dundy and Hitchcock.\n\n* WHEN...Until 830 AM MDT /930 AM CDT/ Wednesday.\n\n* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying\nand flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water\ncrossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Expect\nmany areas of slow moving or standing water.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 431 PM MDT /531 PM CDT/, trained weather spotters reported\nflooding in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring.\nBetween 1 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.\n- Some locations that will experience flooding include...\nTrenton, Stratton and Max.\n\n## Instructions\nTurn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
