In\nnortheast Nevada, Elko. This includes I-80 from west of Elko to\nwest of Carlin.\n\n* WHEN...Until 645 PM PDT.\n\n* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.\nWater over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is\noccurring or is imminent.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 337 PM PDT, trained weather spotters reported heavy rain\nin the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is\nongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 0.5 and 1 inch\nof rain has fallen.\n- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.3 to 0.6 inches are expected\nover the area.
