For the\nLake Wind Advisory, northeast winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to\n35 mph.\n\n* WHERE...Central and Southeast Phillips, Central and Southern\nValley, Garfield, McCone, and Petroleum Counties.\n\n* WHEN...For the Heat Advisory, until 2 AM MDT Wednesday. For the\nLake Wind Advisory, until noon MDT Wednesday.\n\n* IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create\nhazardous conditions for small craft. Hot temperatures and high\nhumidity may cause heat illnesses.\n\n## Instructions\nBoaters on Fort Peck Lake should use extra caution since strong winds\nand rough waves can overturn small craft.\n\nDo not leave young children and pets in unattended vehicles. Car\ninteriors will reach lethal temperatures in a matter of minutes.\n\nDrink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of\nthe sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.\n\nTake extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose\nfitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning\nor evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and\nheat stroke.\n\nTo reduce risk during outdoor work, the Occupational Safety and\nHealth Administration recommends scheduling frequent rest breaks in\nshaded or air conditioned environments. Anyone overcome by heat\nshould be moved to a cool and shaded location. Heat stroke is an\nemergency! Call 9 1 1."}
