Hottest Wednesday.\n\n* WHERE...Los Angeles County Inland Coast including Downtown Los\nAngeles.\n\n* WHEN...From 8 AM this morning to 9 PM PDT Thursday.\n\n* IMPACTS...There is a high risk for heat illness for sensitive\npopulations including the very young, the very old, those without\nair conditioning, and those active outdoors.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Higher humidity will have the potential to\nadd to the heat discomfort in the afternoons.
