Dipnetting and other recreational\nactivities along Cook Inlet beaches will be impacted by high winds\nand rough seas, with 8 to 12 foot waves coming off of Cook Inlet.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds will occur Thursday\nmorning between around 7am and Noon.
