For the High Rip Current Risk, through Wednesday\nafternoon.\n\n* IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only\nisolated road closures expected. Rip currents can sweep even\nthe most experienced swimmers away from shore into deeper\nwater. These rip currents can become life-threatening to\nanyone entering the surf.\n\n## Instructions\nIf travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be\nclosed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of\nunknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone\nproperty.\n\nSwim near a lifeguard. If caught in a rip current, relax and\nfloat. Don't swim against the current. If able, swim in a\ndirection following the shoreline. If unable to escape, face the\nshore and call or wave for help."}
