For the Extreme Heat Watch,\ndangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 109\npossible. For the second Heat Advisory, heat index values up to\n109 expected.\n\n* WHERE...Portions of central, eastern, and north central Arkansas.\n\n* WHEN...For the first Heat Advisory, until noon CDT today. For the\nExtreme Heat Warning, from noon today to 8 PM CDT this evening.\nFor the Extreme Heat Watch, from 8 PM CDT this evening through\nFriday evening. For the second Heat Advisory, from 8 PM Friday to\n8 PM CDT Saturday.\n\n* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during\nextreme heat and high humidity events. Hot temperatures and high\nhumidity may cause heat illnesses.\n\n## Instructions\nDrink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of\nthe sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.\n\nTake extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose\nfitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning\nor evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and\nheat stroke.\n\nTo reduce risk during outdoor work, the Occupational Safety and\nHealth Administration recommends scheduling frequent rest breaks in\nshaded or air conditioned environments.
