Dangerous flows\nover low-water crossings.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 314 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to\nthunderstorms. Amounts from 1 to 2 inches, with isolated totals\nof over 2 inches have already fallen.
