While\nperiods of steady light to moderate rain could slow the\nimprovement of flooding issues from prior rainfall, there is also\nconcern that an additional round of scattered heavy rain from\nthunderstorms this afternoon and early evening could drop another\n1-2 inches of rain in a short time over parts (not all) of the\nWatch area. This could cause new flooding issues for some areas,\nand/or worsen existing flooding problems for those areas that\nhave already endured heavy rain over the last 24 hours.\n\nFortunately, once any storms move out of the area this evening,\ndry weather is then expected to prevail through at least late\nFriday afternoon.\n- http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood\n\n## Instructions\nYou should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action\nshould Flash Flood Warnings be issued."}
