River or stream\nflows are elevated.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 424 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to\nthunderstorms. This  will cause arroyo and small stream flooding.\nBetween 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.\n- This includes the following streams and drainages...\nNorth Fork Owl Creek, Bargee Creek, Owl Creek, Dry Cottonwood\nCreek, Red Creek, South Fork Owl Creek and Goat Creek.
