Between 1 and 3.5 inches of rain\nhave fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.5 to 1 inch in 1 hour.\nAdditional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 2 inches are possible in the\nwarned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.\n\nHAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.\n\nSOURCE...Emergency management and media reported. Several roads\nin Knoxville are flooded, with at least two stalled\nvehicles.\n\nIMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,\nhighways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor\ndrainage and low-lying areas.\n\nSome locations that will experience flash flooding include...\nKnoxville and Bearden.\n\nThis includes Interstate 40 in Tennessee between mile markers 381\nand 394.\n\nAvoid known low spots! Flood waters may obscure significant depth.\n\n## Instructions\nTurn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
