This  may cause urban and small stream flooding.\nBetween 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.\n\n- This includes the following streams and drainages...\nKiowa Creek, Third Creek, East Toll Gate Creek, Box Elder Creek,\nRunning Creek, Toll Gate Creek, Murphy Creek, Cherry Creek, West\nToll Gate Creek, Second Creek, Coal Creek, West Sand Creek, Horse\nCreek and First Creek.
