Between\n0.25 and 0.5 inches of rain have fallen in the basin that produced\nthis flow. Flash flooding will be moving downstream on Beaver\nCreek and will continue through the Grove area in Beaver City.\n\nExcessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris flow\nmoving through Beaver Creek. The flow will consist of of primarily\nmuddy and ashy water.\n\nHAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.
