River or stream\nflows are elevated.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 404 PM AKDT, The River Watch Team reported water levels\nnear 8.6 feet in Bethel at the BETA2 river gauge. These\nlevels should remain steady or slowly rise through tomorrow.\nAn ice jam remains in place a few miles south of Bethel,\nbetween Napakiak and Oscarville-Napaskiak.
