These\ncold water temperatures can quickly cause hypothermia and\nphysical incapacitation to anyone suddenly immersed in the\nwater.\n\n## Instructions\nAlways obey posted Beach Flags. If you enter the surf zone,\nalways have a floatation device with you and swim near a\nlifeguard if possible. If caught in a rip current, relax and\nfloat and do not swim against the current.
