Downed trees are also possible due to\nthe combination of strong winds and saturated soils from expected\nexcessive rainfall.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...An unseasonably strong North Pacific low will\nbring very gusty east to northeasterly winds to Kodiak Island and\nthe surrounding coastal waters Monday morning through Tuesday. The\nstrongest winds and gusts are expected between early Monday\nmorning and late Monday night, with widespread wind gusts near 60\nmph possible. Wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph are expected to persist\ninto Tuesday before slowly diminishing Tuesday night.\n\n## Instructions\nWinds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high\nprofile vehicles.
