Very warm\novernight conditions will bring little relief. For the Wind\nAdvisory, North winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph\nexpected.\n\n* WHERE...Santa Barbara County Southwestern Coast.\n\n* WHEN...For the Heat Advisory, until 8 PM PDT Monday. For the Wind\nAdvisory, from 3 PM this afternoon to 3 AM PDT Friday.\n\n* IMPACTS...There is a high risk for dangerous heat illness,\nespecially for sensitive groups like the very young, the very old,\nthose without air conditioning, and those active outdoors.\n\n## Instructions\nDrink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of\nthe sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Do not leave young\nchildren and pets in unattended vehicles. Limit strenuous activities\nto early morning or evening.
