For the Heat\nAdvisory, heat index values around 100 are expected.\n\n* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast\nand northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and\nwest central Ohio.\n\n* WHEN...For the Extreme Heat Warning, until 8 PM EDT this evening.\nFor the Heat Advisory, from 8 PM this evening to 8 PM EDT Saturday.\n\n* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during\nextreme heat and high humidity events, particularly for those\nworking or participating in outdoor activities. Hot temperatures\nand high humidity may cause heat illnesses.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Remember, multiple days with excessive heat\ncan have compounding effects.\n\n## Instructions\nDrink plenty of fluids, stay in air-conditioned rooms, stay out of\nthe sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.\n\nDo not leave young children and pets in unattended vehicles.
