For the Heat Advisory,\nheat index values of 100-105 are expected.\n\n* WHERE...Portions of south central Indiana and east central, north\ncentral, northwest, and south central Kentucky.\n\n* WHEN...For the Extreme Heat Warning, until 9 PM EDT /8 PM CDT/\nthis evening. For the Heat Advisory, from 9 PM EDT /8 PM CDT/ this\nevening to 9 PM EDT /8 PM CDT/ Saturday.\n\n* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during\nextreme heat and high humidity events. Hot temperatures and high\nhumidity may cause heat illnesses.\n\n## Instructions\nDrink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of\nthe sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.\n\nDo not leave young children and pets in unattended vehicles. Car\ninteriors will reach lethal temperatures in a matter of minutes.\n\nTake extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose\nfitting clothing.
