Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin\nshortly in the advisory area. Up to 1.25 inchES of rain has\nfallen.\n\n- This includes the following streams and drainages...\nClear Creek, Tucker Gulch, Ralston Creek and Van Bibber Creek.\nAdditional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over\nthe area.
