## Narrative

An employee entered a storage container that contained painting materials at the work site.  Upon entering the container, the employee lit a cigarette in the container, and an explosion occurred shortly afterwards.  The employee was burned on the face and hands.  The employee was admitted to the hospital for treatment of his burns.
