## Narrative

Employee was in airplane performing an audit and went to enter the flight deck/cockpit 
and was turning to the left. She fell due to an approximately 6" step down into 
the flight deck/cockpit. Since she was turning to the left before she fell, her 
body twisted and her back struck the center console.
