## Narrative

A temporary worker for AUC Group (worker #1) was walking to his truck to leave for the day.  Another worker for AUC Group (worker #2) was backing out a truck owned by AUC Group. Worker #2 struck worker #1 with the vehicle. Worker #1 sustained back injuries caused by the accident, which required a surgical procedure to repair the damage.
