## Narrative

Employee was cutting a plexi-glass panel using an air pressurized hand-held saw.  The head of the saw detached from the body, sending the tool into the back of the employee's left hand. The employee experienced a deep laceration to the back of the left hand, which required surgery and in-patient hospitalization.
