## Narrative

Maintenance employee for Southwestern Plating was working inside a circuit breaker box that was not locked out. A flash fire occurred, burning the employee's arms (upper and lower), face, neck, and torso.  The employee was rushed to Memorial Hermann Hospital (Burn Unit) where he is currently hospitalized.
