## Narrative

An employee was on a pipe rack that was approximately 7-feet high. As he attempted to roll a single piece of 20"-pipe, he lost his footing and fell backward off the top of the stacked pipe, landing on his left side. He fractured his left wrist, busted his lip, and suffered a left hip contusion.
