## Narrative

An employee was cleaning out her desk in preparation for her department's relocation.  She kneeled on the corner of her desk to reach the bookshelf located above.  The corner where she was kneeling broke, and she hit her head on the corner of the desk. She was hospitalized with a head laceration and back injury.
