## Narrative

The employee was sliding 1/4 inch by 14 feet long angle iron from the forks of a forklift onto the storage racks.  The employee pinched his right ring finger between the angle iron and the fork of the forklift.  The incident resulted in the amputation of the employee's right ring fingertip.
