## Narrative

An employee was cleaning rollers on a geoliner machine that rolls plastic sheets together. He bypassed a light curtain guard and was cleaning the rollers with the machine turned on.  His hand was caught between the roller and the right index and middle fingers were crushed. The employee was hospitalized for surgery.
