## Narrative

An employee was removing a stop from the rollers on a conveyor system, which had been put in place to keep the 55-gallon drums of grease from rolling. A coworker started moving the drum while the employee's finger was still near where the stop was removed. His finger was smashed and amputated between the drum and the metal rollers.
