At approximately 2:30 p.m., on 1/25/16, an employee operating a metal polishing machine lifted a curtain to wipe down the feed rollers on the machine. The employee's left-hand little finger was caught between the feed roller and the metal plate and had to be surgically amputated at the second knuckle.
