## Narrative

An employee was performing maintenance, replacing lights in ceiling fixtures that are 27 feet off of the floor. He was using a scissor lift as a working platform. A coworker operating a gantry crane struck the scissor lift, causing it to topple over and land on conveyor systems that were being built.
