## Narrative

An employee was installing snap ties on the outside of a three-story house's masonry wall when his coworker on an aerial lift was coming down and knocked the employee off the scaffold platform. The employee fell 6 feet to the ground, dislocating his shoulder and fracturing his proximal humerus. He was hospitalized.
