## Narrative

Two temporary employees were working to stand up paperboard tubes 18 inches in diameter, 240 inches in length, and 105 pounds in weight.  As one employee turned to walk away, one of the tubes fell and struck the first employee in the head, knocking him to the floor.  This employee sustained a fracture to the second vertebra in his neck, which required surgery and hospitalization.
