## Narrative

An employee was attempting to change the bearings on a fertilizer tender truck's auger and was using a garden hose to loosen the product. The hose became tangled in the auger, which drug his hand into the auger. As a result, his right pinky and part of his ring finger were amputated. He was hospitalized.
