## Narrative

An employee was walking under the suspended boom of a pump concrete truck when concrete slid down the boom, causing it to fall and strike the employee. The employee was pinned to the ground under the weight of the concrete and boom, suffering broken ribs, a broken tibia, a lower left leg injury, and a back injury.
