## Narrative

An employee was repairing a tractor engine that was suspended in the air with three lifting straps to drain the oil out of the engine. While the employee was replacing a plug to the engine, one of the straps slipped and the engine shifted and struck the employee. The employee suffered a left ankle fracture.
