## Narrative

An employee was wiring a low voltage wire gauge to the top of a chemical storage tank when he noticed the overhead light mounting bracket was broken. As he touched the bracket, he received an electrical shock and fell 15 feet off the storage tank, breaking three back vertebrae. He was hospitalized. Fall protection was worn at the time.
