## Narrative

An employee was walking out of a pedestrian doorway at the exact same time that a construction equipment operator was travelling out of a large roll-up doorway to the left of the pedestrian door. Once outside, the equipment operator made a sharp right turn and struck the employee's right shin, breaking it.
