## Narrative

An employee was riding a horse when it saw or smelled a mountain lion and spooked, bucking twice. On the first buck, the employee's face smashed into the crown of the horse's head. On the second buck, the employee was thrown to the ground. The employee suffered blunt force trauma to the facial area, including a broken jaw, sinus damage, and three broken bones near the right eye.
